Do you want to drive IT projects focusing on changes that contribute to the utilization of new technology? Then the role of IT Project Manager at IF Metall might be for you! We are looking for someone who wants to manage projects throughout the entire value chain, operate in a changing environment, and together with your team develop, streamline, and simplify processes and working methods.

About the role

As an IT Project Manager at IF Metall's head office, you will be part of the DigITalization unit. You will be responsible for driving projects and larger assignments within various parts of the organization in close collaboration with colleagues. You will independently drive and take responsibility for ensuring that your projects meet set goals and deliverables. You will lead the work of assessing risks, conducting requirements analyses, presenting, and communicating how the work is progressing to the project's steering group. The tasks and contact points will vary based on the different IT projects you will be involved in.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead IT development projects within systems, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Make technical assessments, recommend decisions, and provide proposals related to technical development and management.
• Ensure delivery according to time, scope, and budget.
• Report and inform the steering group and other stakeholders.
• Hand over the delivery and results of IT projects to the client.

Is this you?

We would like you to have experience from leading and coordinating roles such as group leader, team leader, or project manager. It is an advantage if you have experience working with agile methods in various roles and are willing to share your knowledge with others. You have a relevant post-secondary education.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are used to working independently, are a skilled relationship builder, and have an easy time communicating. For us to thrive together, it is also important that you are unpretentious and enjoy a coordinating role. You are skilled at delivering results and meeting project goals. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The role requires the ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
