Oh My Good aims to offer more people the luxury of enjoying a delicious meal, filled with flavor experiences, on the go! Discover fresh, generous bowls and sandwiches packed with incredibly tasty flavors and ingredients! Always accompanied by delicious sauces and sides that provide you with a whole menu of new favorite dishes Ready and good to go!

Oh My Good is a local kitchen and the products are prepared in a brand new production kitchen in Arlandastad, north of Stockholm. All dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and sides that embody the oh my good-feeling. Every meal is meant to be a moment of enjoyment, even a quick lunch or dinner from the ready-made shelf. Thank goodness!

In recent years, Oh My Good has worked on its ready meal concept which holds a public premium position, meaning very high quality at a good price. The dishes are currently sold in the Mälardalen region both in the grocery trade and the hotel & restaurant segment. Through its sales team and existing distribution, everything between Uppsala, Norrköping, and Västerås is already covered with over 800 daily delivery points.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are now looking for a responsible person who wants to drive the development in the kitchen forward. You will be involved in the daily operations but are also creative and want to help develop the product range. Currently, we are focusing heavily on a plant-based range of hot dishes, but also chicken and fish in the cold range, which can be further developed with more dishes for the creative mind. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and ensure that the high quality of the food is maintained, preserved, and developed. You will be responsible for both the hot kitchen and the cold kitchen.

A collective agreement with Livs is in place, and working hours may vary but are primarily scheduled from Sunday to Thursday during the day. We hope to fill the position as soon as possible.

You will be employed directly by Oh My Good after Majola has conducted the recruitment.

ABOUT YOU AS A CANDIDATE:

You are a trained chef with a restaurant education (3 years) or equivalent and have good cooking skills in both hot and cold kitchens, as well as having worked in a supervisory position before. We prefer that you have documented work experience of at least 3 years. You have good knowledge of hygiene and are organized, reliable, have a good team spirit, and a passion for your profession. Of course, you are self-driven and have a desire to develop together with the company.

• You have good leadership qualities and know how to build strong teams.
• You have good knowledge of allergens and special diets.
• You can handle large production volumes.
• You have experience working from recipes.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
