Barona has a proud collaboration with Europeiska Motor, which is currently looking for a new star. In the role of receptionist at Europeiska Motor, you will hold the title of Customer Experience Manager. In your role, you will maintain the daily operations at Europeiska Motor's facilities – a job characterized by fantastic customer interactions, collaboration, and joy! You will also work in the switchboard at Europeiska Motor, where you will assist in answering calls and managing bookings.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you and your team will own everything that happens in the car hall. You are the first person customers meet, and you are responsible for guiding them in the hall. You ask questions to determine the customer's needs and then hand them over to a salesperson on site. In addition to the physical customer interaction, you will also work with more administrative tasks.

The position is primarily in Rissne and Vällingby, but shifts in Täby and Arlanda may occur.

In addition to your immediate team, you will work closely with other departments such as sales, delivery, and service departments.

Other job responsibilities include:

• Organizing vehicles in the facility's car park
• Maintaining a consistently high visual standard in the car hall
• Answering the facility's phone
• Parking inventory
• Inventory and purchasing of office supplies
• Handling test drives

We also see that you, as an applicant, have:

• B driver's license, preferably manual transmission
• Experience in customer-facing service roles such as retail

You will be employed by Barona with additional benefits through a collective agreement. The position is a part-time employment according to agreement. Working hours on weekdays are from 09:00 to 18:00 and/or weekends from 11:00 to 15:00.

The position is part-time, where working hours may vary during weekdays (9-18) and weekends (11-15). We can be flexible with the schedule to find solutions that suit you. This part-time role is ideal for you who, for example, are studying and want to combine work with your studies. At the start, you will undergo training that provides knowledge about service and the customer's products.
