Your new job

As a mobile chef, you step in when our staff are on vacation or sick. You will work in one of our kitchens where we prepare meals for guests in preschools, schools, and elderly care.

Your tasks include cooking, salad preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, and serving, as well as all other tasks that occur in a large kitchen. We work according to a common menu and follow written recipes and routines.

You will be responsible for the quality of the food and for providing our guests with a good and welcoming experience. Working as a mobile chef in the meal unit of Österåker municipality is varied, educational, and rewarding!

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained chef or has experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Has knowledge of self-control and food safety
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are used to taking your own initiative and prioritizing important tasks. You have excellent social skills, are flexible, and have a positive attitude. We want you to be passionate about good food, able to handle stressful situations, and enjoy working in a team to ensure satisfied diners.

We ask that you refer to at least two references. Before employment, you need to provide a valid extract from the criminal record.
