We are looking for an engaged IT support technician for our client's service desk – an environment where you will handle more advanced technical challenges and work closely with the infrastructure.

• Support and troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to computers, mobile phones, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Incident management: Responsible for incident and case management in the ticketing system and ensure quick and effective problem resolution.
• User support: Provide support to users via phone, email, and other channels, both in Swedish and English.
• Network administration: Troubleshoot and perform basic configuration of network equipment such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
• Project work: Participate in various IT projects, both local and global, and contribute to improvements and upgrades of systems.
• System administration: Perform basic administration in Active Directory, manage group policies (GPO), and ensure that client management systems function optimally.

• Education: High school education with an IT focus or equivalent supplementary education in IT.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge:
• Experience troubleshooting both client and network-related issues.
• Basic understanding of network protocols and IP addressing.
• Management of Active Directory and group policies.
• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Desirable: Certifications in IT, experience with Windows Server, as well as knowledge in network security and advanced system administration.
