3rd Line Customer Support

Intelliplan is an innovative SaaS company that develops and delivers business systems for companies with recruitment and staffing-intensive elements in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. With our solutions, we help our customers streamline their processes, make better decisions, and achieve their goals. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a driven and analytical 3rd Line Customer Support to strengthen our Customer Support team.

About You

As a 3rd Line Customer Support, you are an important part of our support organization and are responsible for solving complex technical problems that have been escalated from 2nd line, as well as delivering top-notch support to our customers.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting our customers, including interface support and technical troubleshooting cases
• Delivering minor technical requests to our customers
• Troubleshooting customer automations, reports, integrations, and similar
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases
• Acting as a technical advisor for internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in improvement projects for our products and processes

Qualifications We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year of experience in 3rd line support or a similar technical role
• Good knowledge of T-SQL (or equivalent SQL languages) and substantial experience in writing and reading complex SQL queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and pedagogically
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with business systems or other complex software solutions is a plus.
