About the Position

As a Gym Host at Fitness24Seven in Lund, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where you combine your passion for fitness with your interest in customer contact. You will be part of a dedicated team that values health and service, contributing to a great customer experience.

You will work at the Lund C facility. The position is part-time at 50%. Working hours vary but are based on opening hours Monday–Thursday from 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM and Friday from 10:15 AM to 4:15 PM. Desired start date is as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to a positive customer experience by motivating, providing excellent service, and building relationships with members
• Proactively meet members' needs while inspiring and guiding them towards a healthier lifestyle
• Conduct open houses and introductory tours for new members based on needs, to give them a welcoming start at the gym
• Perform member rounds in the gym according to procedures
• Manage sales activities both inside and outside the facilities
• Conduct and participate in events and member evenings
• Handle member inquiries and be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven
• Collaborate with internal functions and external partners

About You

We are looking for someone with a completed high school diploma who is service-oriented and passionate about creating a positive experience for members. You are attentive and solution-focused, with a structured and organized work approach. As a person, you are proactive, engaged, and enjoy collaborating in a team. Furthermore, we see that you are outgoing, self-driven, and have an easy time connecting with new people.

You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and see a long-term commitment to your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the Position:

• Completed high school diploma
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in service-oriented work is an advantage
• Driver's license (B) is an advantage

Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.
