HR Partner Wanted at Mo Gård

We provide services according to LSS to individuals with combined disabilities who require adaptations in communication and environment. Mo Gård operates group homes and service residences as well as daily activities in Uppland, Stockholm, Södermanland, Östergötland, and Skåne. We are recruiting an HR Partner with an interest in strategic work who wants to deliver high-quality support to our operational managers and leadership.

We are looking for someone who wants to drive the HR work of the organization towards the company's common goals by working consultatively as a qualified support to the operational managers. You will work together with the overall management to coordinate and develop the HR work within Mo Gård in Skåne. You will also be part of the development of Mo Gård's common HR structures, including employer branding, recruitment, work environment, gender equality, rehabilitation, and the application of laws and agreements.

Your assignment also includes serving as a controller function to ensure that we follow, develop, and implement a personnel policy based on the needs of the users, the potential and drive of the employees, and a present leadership at all levels of the organization.

As Mo Gård is a knowledge-based company, a large part of the HR processes are integrated with the operational processes.

Your Competence

We prefer that you have a relevant university degree in human resources/leadership or knowledge acquired in similar roles. You should have several years of experience in HR work, as well as coaching and working closely with managers to drive effective HR work. Based on your interest in new research in HR, you contribute to developing operations both operationally and strategically. We want you to have drive and easily see what can be improved and streamlined. You thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt well to change.

In a relatively small organization, we are good at utilizing the competencies of individuals, so it facilitates recruitment if you describe your strengths, areas of interest, and what you want to develop as an HR professional.

Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required for the position as travel to various units in Skåne is part of the job.

Employment

Permanent employment with a probationary period. Monthly salary with individual salary setting and start date according to agreement.

The employment is covered by a collective agreement, Health, care, and other care that Fremia has signed with several academic unions and Vision. We apply flexible working hours and offer a wellness allowance of 4000 SEK.

Your working hours will primarily be allocated to our various units in Skåne.
