Meribel Pharma Solutions was founded in 2024 and offers tailored pharmaceutical solutions to pharmaceutical companies. With headquarters in the UK and 11 facilities in France, Spain, and Sweden, we deliver specialist expertise in areas such as sterile multi-doses, freeze-drying, dosing bags, and stick packs, as well as support throughout the process from concept to commercialization. Our facility in Höganäs (formerly Recipharm Höganäs) specializes in the manufacturing and packaging of powder-based medicines and granules, consisting of approximately 85 employees – both blue-collar and white-collar workers.

We are now looking for a senior and committed HR Business Partner who wants to take a key role in our continued development.

About the role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work broadly and independently across the entire HR area and have overall responsibility for HR at our facility. You will be a key person in the local management team and report to the HR Director Sweden. In close collaboration with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for and lead the local HR work while following the group’s guidelines and working methods. Together with HR colleagues in Sweden, France, and Spain, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of HR work and make a difference for both the business and employees.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be an advisory support to the management team and our managers
  • Work operationally and strategically with HR issues, including reporting and administration
  • Drive change and organizational work as well as develop job structures
  • Implement and improve processes related to HR systems (experience in digitization is a plus)
  • Be responsible for recruitment, leadership issues, and competence development
  • Manage personnel matters, rehabilitation processes, and onboarding and offboarding
  • Conduct salary mapping and provide support regarding pensions and employment conditions
  • Lead and prepare union negotiations and ensure compliance with Swedish labor law
  • Work with workplace safety and the safety committee

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and thrives in an environment where a lot is happening. You have a genuine interest in HR, a good understanding of businesses with production and shift work, and the ability to create trusting relationships at all levels.

We prefer that you have:

  • At least five years of experience in a similar HRBP role
  • Experience from the manufacturing industry or other operational businesses with both blue-collar and white-collar staff
  • Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience with union relations
  • The ability to work independently, take responsibility, and drive development
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the business and strengthen employee engagement

The corporate language is English, so you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. To thrive with us, we believe you share our values: respect, trust, and transparency.
