Leif Tjälldén AB is a family-owned company with over 45 years of experience in creating simple yet quality solutions for house foundations and pools. From our office in Arlöv and concrete factory in Vellinge, we deliver material packages across the country. We are a small, dedicated team passionate about problem-solving and helping each customer find the right foundation or pool for their project. With us, you will work closely with both production and customers in a constantly evolving business.
About the position
In this position, you will have a breadth and variety in your tasks, and the dialogue with customers will take place via email, phone, and in person.
Examples of tasks
- Responsible for the support email and responding to customers in consultation with the support manager.
- Responsible for ensuring that all complaints are handled, followed up, and closed.
- Order management in Visma.
- Contact with customers and suppliers regarding delivery times.
- Answering phone calls and taking messages.
- Welcoming customers in the exhibition and managing deliveries to the warehouse.
- Office purchases.
About you
You are structured, reliable, and organized with a positive attitude that contributes to a pleasant work environment. You enjoy keeping things in order, are proactive, and like having varied tasks. You are social, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for creating a well-functioning workplace.
Qualifications
- Good experience in Excel.
- Experience in similar tasks.
- Good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email management.
Other
- Start: As soon as possible by agreement.
- Extent: 90-100%.
- Location: Arlöv.
- Working hours: 08:00-16:00.
