Regionservice is the service administration of Region Skåne and is tasked with providing the best conditions for the Skåne healthcare system to ensure that patients receive good and safe care. Regionservice is responsible for service areas such as cleaning, meals, textile services, and administrative services within finance and HR.
The HR unit's mission within the administration is to proactively support approximately 100 managers in HR-related issues. We have an important mission and work purposefully to create a safe organization with high delivery capacity characterized by effective working methods and uniform deliveries.
Our competent HR team consists of eight employees; HR partners, HR manager, HR specialist, and change strategist. We are an HR unit characterized by good cooperation and a strong commitment to our mission. Through clear and open communication, mutual trust, and a willingness to support each other, we work to create conditions for both development and job satisfaction. We have a culture where we share knowledge, take responsibility together, and care for one another. As an HR partner, you will be an important part of a team that works together to provide the organization with professional and operationally close HR support. With us, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of HR processes both within Regionservice and throughout Region Skåne. Everyone within the HR function in the unit also has a focus area for which they are responsible, and currently, we need someone who can take ownership of salary and working conditions/labor law.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your important role as an HR partner, you will actively and enthusiastically work in partnership with the administration's managers in all HR-related processes such as working conditions and labor law, work environment and rehabilitation, competence supply, leadership, and salary formation. This means that you as HR take the initiative, act proactively, and promote dialogue and co-leadership together with the organization's managers. You will primarily work closely with managers in the production area, which includes our laundry and production kitchen in Kristianstad and Ängelholm. As an HR partner, you will also be part of the management team for the operational area you support. The placement for this role will be in Malmö, but you will be in Kristianstad two days a week and Ängelholm about once a month.
In addition to your task of supporting the organization's managers, you have the important task of actively driving the administration's work within salary and working conditions/labor law. This area is strategically important for Regionservice as well as for all of Region Skåne. The focus area means that you coordinate and drive many of the activities within the area, such as participating in Region Skåne's salary mapping and salary review as a representative for Regionservice, as well as participating in Region Skåne's work with salary analysis by planning, implementing, and following up on salary analysis within Regionservice in collaboration with HR partners, managers, and management teams. The assignment also includes developing and conducting training for the administration's managers on salary and working conditions. Additional parts of the assignment include actively participating in various regional networks within salary and labor law, representing the administration, and contributing your knowledge to the development of Region Skåne's working methods. The work with secondary occupations is also included in the process at present.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in the role, we see that you are proactive and courageous. You engage the managers, and they see you as a natural sounding board in processes moving forward. You have the ability to both create and maintain trusting relationships and dialogues. Your analyses are sharp, and you can communicate them in an easily understandable way. Furthermore, you are good at taking initiative and have a drive to move us forward.

Regarding the formal requirements, we welcome you who have a university degree in human resources and labor issues or other education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have previously worked in a similar position where salary and working conditions issues within the public sector have been your focus. The work requires good knowledge of the Office suite and that you are an experienced user of IT support. To succeed in the role, very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is also required.
