Job Summary
We are looking for someone who wants to help create history in the form of a completely new district being built in the heart of Lund!
Dommura Properties, a company within the Tetra Laval group, is tasked with managing commercial properties and land for development into housing, offices, and other types of premises. Our largest development project is located in Lund in the new district Västerbo, where we are transforming an existing industrial area into approximately 20 new blocks with mixed content.
We are looking for someone who wants to help create history in the form of a completely new district being built in the heart of Lund. Our new buildings are being constructed with high quality and the highest level of ambition regarding sustainability and energy efficiency. We also manage an existing portfolio of commercial properties. Here, you have the opportunity to be part of a long-term journey focused on sustainability and smart working methods that you will help define.
We are now seeking an experienced management assistant for Dommura Properties. The role suits you if you want to work broadly in administration in general and within management and finance in a dynamic environment, focusing on both accuracy and process development.
This position is based in Lund.
What you will do
• Handling of lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties, including dialogue with existing and prospective tenants
• Managing advertising and administration of available apartments and premises
• Supporting the rest of the organization with administration and internal communication.
• Working with reconciliations, investigations, and corrections of accounting transactions regarding supplier and rental ledgers in the business system.
• Careful work with changes in data related to objects, contracts, and ledgers to ensure correct follow-up and reporting
• Working with follow-up and master data regarding suppliers and properties
• Contributing to ongoing improvement work within the department
You will work in an administrative and coordinating role with responsibilities including:
• Reconciliation and control of rental charges and invoicing documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with the company's rental policy.
• Planning and conducting the annual customer satisfaction survey (NKI).
• Updating and maintaining the supplier register and master data in the Vitec business system.
• Driving and supporting the organization of events, workshops, and meetings, including activities on social media
• Supporting the production, review, and administration of various presentations
• Driving improvements in administrative working methods and ensuring implementation within the organization
We believe you have
• Post-secondary administrative education.
• Several years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in lease administration within real estate companies
• Experience working with accounts payable
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have experience working in the Vitec property system and with project administration for construction projects.
As a person, you are communicative, social, dynamic, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. You are good at pitching in when needed and driving the company forward together with your colleagues. You enjoy collaborating and have no problem being visible at workshops and driving activities on social media.
