HR Partner for the Labor Market and Social Administration

The HR unit within the Labor Market and Social Administration is now looking for another HR partner who wants to contribute with professional HR support to the administration's managers.

About the Role and Your Responsibilities

Your role as an HR Partner within the Labor Market and Social Administration is close to the operations where you provide qualified support in both operational and strategic matters within all HR processes. With an ear to the operations, you capture needs and find feasible paths and partners.

We work proactively and are partners to managers and management teams within the administration where we drive, implement, and follow up on the municipality's HR processes. As HR partners, we provide professional operational support in HR-related matters in close collaboration with the administration's managers. We value a coaching approach in our dialogues.

All HR partners also actively contribute HR expertise in change work and participate in municipal joint development efforts and networks within HR. Together, we contribute to the development of our HR processes. We offer you a development-oriented and qualified job in an engaged HR unit where we utilize our different competencies and learn from each other.

We Are Looking for You

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in HR or personnel science, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in broad operational HR work, preferably from a politically governed organization. In addition, we would like you to have experience and interest in working with issues related to labor law, wage formation, and working hours.

Through a proactive and coaching approach and strong communication skills, you drive change in a pedagogical way. You are attentive and capture needs, and with courage, creativity, and good collaboration skills, you contribute to development.

You find it easy to build relationships and enjoy networking and having many collaboration areas. You are curious and engaged, and you have good communication skills in the Swedish language.

About the Workplace

HR ASF currently consists of three HR partners and an HR manager but is now expanding with another HR partner to meet and support the development occurring within the Labor Market and Social Administration due to the new Social Services Act.

The unit provides operational support to the Labor Market and Social Administration and is organizationally part of the HR department at the Municipal Office.

At the Municipal Office, about 400 employees work within strategic functions. Together, we ensure that the municipality is an efficient and modern organization.
