The Municipal Executive Office (KLK) is one of the municipal board's administrations and is responsible for leading and coordinating a variety of municipal-wide assignments. In addition to strategically directing and coordinating the municipality's projects, the mission is to be the ultimate support for the municipality's seven administrations. Identifying needs, analyzing, creating conditions, making proposals, and challenging matters that are important for the municipality, the group, and our community development. Everything is carried out with quality, heart, and a pinch of attitude.

The Municipal Executive Office consists of the municipal administration, HR, finance, IT, communications, development, planning, and business departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the planning department, which is part of the Municipal Executive Office, but your physical workplace will be at the Community Building Office.

As a development engineer, you will follow projects from start to finish, from land acquisition and detailed planning to design, expansion, and sales. You will work broadly with development issues from legal, technical, and economic perspectives and have the opportunity to influence the future urban environment.

In urban development projects, you will play a key role in coordinating and collaborating both internally and externally. You will work closely with consultants, developers, property owners, authorities, politicians, citizens, and colleagues from various departments and administrations.

This is a role for you who enjoys variety and wants to drive projects independently while being a team player who appreciates collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a civil engineer in surveying or alternatively in road and water engineering.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys taking on new challenges. You have a structured approach to work and take responsibility for your tasks, while being driven to achieve goals and create results. With an unpretentious attitude, you thrive in a work environment where collaboration and support among colleagues are a given. Additionally, you express yourself clearly and well in both speech and writing, which is an important part of the role.
