Our client is currently undergoing a modernization phase focused on further developing and optimizing their cloud-based infrastructure. To drive this development forward, we are seeking an experienced CloudOps Engineer on behalf of the client who wants to ensure stable operations, develop infrastructure solutions, and contribute to increased automation and efficiency.

In this role, you will be a central part of the client's IT organization and work broadly with servers, networks, storage, security, and cloud services. The role will suit you if you want to combine technical depth with responsibility and impact.

• Manage and further develop the client's hybrid and cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
• Automate processes and operations using PowerShell and CI/CD
• Handle incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL
• Ensure operational reliability, backup strategies, and patch compliance
• Collaborate closely with development, service delivery, NOC/SOC, and external vendors
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Work with IAM, EMM, network, and security issues
• Administer O365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Participate in audits, vendor follow-ups, and SLA reporting
• Support and mentor junior colleagues as needed

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations or a similar role
• Good experience with hybrid cloud (Azure & AWS)
• Experience with Active Directory & Entra ID
• Knowledge of IAM, EMM, SSO, and security solutions
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, NSG)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
• Understanding of ITSM processes and tools
• Very good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written

• Microsoft certifications (Azure, O365, or similar)
• Experience with CI/CD, Bicep/Terraform, and DevOps environments
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of GCP
• ITIL certification
