Are you an experienced system and support administrator? We offer a varied and fun position for those who enjoy administration, providing quick and accurate support, and thrive in a dynamic environment where improvements and changes are part of everyday life. The position is a temporary contract for about one year.
The area of Assistive Devices is part of the Psychiatry, habilitation, and assistive devices administration. We are divided into two areas: Order-Logistics & Clinics, and we are responsible for all assistive device areas financed by Region Skåne. This includes assistive devices for individuals with mobility, vision, hearing, communication, and cognitive impairments, medical treatment aids, orthopedic technical aids, and pharmaceutical-related products.
The mission of the Assistive Devices unit is to ensure an efficient and patient-safe supply of assistive devices, ensuring that patients have access to the right devices when they need them. At the same time, it should be easy for healthcare staff to order, prescribe, and follow up on the use of assistive devices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities include:
- Database Maintenance: Responsible for keeping our registers updated and in accordance with the correct agreements.
- Article Updates: Monitor contract starts and update articles in our system, ensuring they are current and accurate.
- Support: Provide administrative and technical support to our prescribers via email and phone. Solve problems and answer questions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes and routines, such as self-checks.
- Permissions: Set up user permissions in the system according to instructions and routines. Establish manuals and procedures to facilitate for prescribers.
You will have several points of contact both within Assistive Devices and other departments within Region Skåne, but primarily work closely with product and contract leaders as well as operational specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Complete high school diploma is required. Further education in administration is preferred.
- Communication Skills: You communicate very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, in a pleasant and pedagogical manner. Since you will have many points of contact, your approach is important to us, and you should enjoy collaborating with different people.
- Experience: Documented previous experience in administrative work, preferably within database maintenance, support, or similar areas. Experience with Sesam is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: You need to have experience working in various IT environments and quickly adapt to new systems to thrive in this role. You should also have advanced knowledge of Excel to manage lists, tables, and statistics necessary for your work.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy and an eye for detail and connections from the customer's perspective and needs.
- Initiative: Ability to take initiative and work independently. It is important that you have high flexibility and can quickly gain an overview of situations and prioritize your work effectively.
- Team Player: Good collaboration skills and ease in working in new teams. Your approach allows you to easily create and maintain good relationships.

The mission within psychiatry is to provide specialized care in publicly operated child, adult, and forensic psychiatry. Habilitation conducts habilitation and rehabilitation within publicly operated child, youth, and adult habilitation. Assistive Devices is tasked with managing assistive devices prescribed to patients in Skåne. The administration also includes vision, hearing, and deaf services and youth clinics in Skåne.
