Are you an empathetic and responsible woman looking for meaningful work? We are now seeking hourly substitutes for a woman in her 60s with Parkinson's disease who is in a wheelchair. The client enjoys shopping, listening to music, having coffee, and being outdoors. This woman moves with the help of a Turner. The client understands but cannot communicate more than yes and no questions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
• Feeding and tube feeding
• Mobility assistance with the Turner
• Accompanying on walks and shopping trips
• Reading the client's body language to understand her needs
• Household chores and general cleaning

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage
• Good initiative
• Ability to read and understand body language since the client can only communicate with yes and no questions
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to the client's needs
• Experience with tube feeding and mobility assistance
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Available for day/evening shifts as well as weekends
• Driver's license or good connections to Vellinge
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Only women, preferably over 35 years old

Work Environment:

• Smoke-free workplace
• Private room for assistants in the client's apartment

EMPLOYMENT DEGREE AND WORKING HOURS:

Hourly employment with the possibility of a fixed schedule for days, evenings, and weekends as long as the assistance assignment lasts.

Working hours:
Day shift: 08:00 - 18:00
Sleeping on-call: 17:00 - 10:00 (sleeping between 24:00 - 06:00)

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

• Fixed base salary per hour + additional compensation. Collective agreement exists.
