We are looking for someone who wants to work at the intersection of technology and customer service – where you troubleshoot, analyze, and coordinate efforts within the network and operations area. Here, you will be part of a dedicated team with strong cohesion, where you will contribute to keeping Telia's fiber and copper networks in top condition while having daily contact with both customers and technicians.

About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until August 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment.  About the company

Job Responsibilities

In the role, internally referred to as operations analyst, you have a coordinating and customer-facing role. You work in two different areas – network operations and network center. You will, among other things, troubleshoot and investigate incidents in fiber and copper networks, where you receive your cases through a case management system. Cases can come in through various channels, mainly email and phone. These often involve damage reports or questions related to Telia's network. You have daily contact with customers and technicians, where dialogue primarily takes place over the phone, and your responsibility is to act as a coordinating link between these two stakeholders. At the beginning of your employment, you will receive a thorough introduction to the systems and technology.

In the long term, there are opportunities to develop in the role and take on greater responsibility. You will then work more in-depth with technical issues and customer dialogues. This may involve analyzing network performance in the field, participating in dialogues with external actors such as construction companies and property owners, and finding solutions during renovations or relocations of networks.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• A high school diploma with a technical focus is an advantage
• Previous work experience in service and administration
• Technical interest
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
