We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We prefer that you find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive to adapt to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• Requirement for preschool assistant education
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in preschool
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to the development of the operations together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.

Norlandia Preschools Regnbågen is located in Rundby in Upplands Väsby, close to the forest and with its own nice yard that is not only a place for play but also serves as a garden where children are active throughout the seasons.

Regardless of the season, the yard and the forest are central to our operations. In spring and summer, we plant and harvest in our garden. In autumn, we collect leaves and study the changes in nature. In winter, we play in the snow.

We also have our own kitchen where our chef prepares all food from scratch – nutritious, well-cooked, and thoughtfully designed according to our award-winning concept Mat med Smak. The children get to influence the menu, which sparks both curiosity and joy for food.

Employment form: Fixed-term

Extent: 80%

Working hours: Daytime according to schedule

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
