As a Junior Consultant Manager, you are the link between our clients and consultants. You work closely with the business in a dynamic environment where days offer variation, problem-solving, and quick decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with one of our larger clients and support the responsible Consultant Managers in daily operations, from planning and follow-up to personnel care and staffing.

You will have the opportunity to develop in recruitment, personnel responsibility, and client relations with the support of an experienced and supportive team.

• Recruitment and onboarding of new consultants • Time reporting and personnel administration in Intelliplan • Personnel planning, scheduling, and personnel care • Key performance indicators and delivery follow-up • Daily client and consultant contact within warehouse, industrial, and production environments

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has a knack for building good relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to stay calm even when a lot is happening at once.

You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a natural drive to contribute to the smooth operation of the business. Since our clients operate at varying times of the day, a flexible attitude and good prioritization skills are required.

Previous experience in staffing, personnel planning, or coordinating work is advantageous, but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, drive, and willingness to learn.
