About the position

As a payroll specialist, you will work broadly with the entire payroll process, including administration, control, and payment of salaries, as well as system management in Agda. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and managers in the organization and become an important part of the payroll team, with great opportunities to influence and improve routines and processes. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in recruitment processes related to payroll and finance roles.

Responsibilities 

• Manage the entire payroll process: reporting, reviewing, calculating, and controlling salaries in Agda
• Ensure proper handling of absence, deviations, vacation, benefits, and pensions
• Provide support and training to managers and employees on payroll-related issues and the Agda system
• Administer collective agreements, labor law, employer certificates, and reporting to authorities
• Develop and improve payroll routines and ensure quality in accordance with applicable laws and agreements
• Contribute to system management and optimization of processes in Agda
• Collaborate closely with the finance department, HR, and Andara Group's recruitment team as needed

Your profile 

• Post-secondary education in payroll, HR, finance, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2-3 years of current and documented experience in independent payroll work in Agda
• Good understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and laws related to payroll management
• Familiarity with Agda and preferably experience with digital recruitment systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Service-oriented, positive, and development-focused

Preferred experiences

• Experience with overall responsibility for payroll in medium or large organizations
• Experience from retail 
• Familiarity with process improvement, digitization, or change management in payroll
• Knowledge of HR work and cross-functional collaboration between payroll, HR, and finance
