We are now looking for a systems engineer who wants to work at the forefront of technology with the development of advanced missile systems. The role involves working at a high system level to specify systems, break down specifications into requirements, and ensure that these requirements are met throughout the product's lifecycle.

As a systems engineer, you will work with system architecture and design, analyzing how different parts of the system interact, from engines and sensors to control systems and communication. You will define how the system should operate in different environments and how the solutions need to be adapted to be launched from a boat, aircraft, or land vehicle.

The work is often project-based, where you contribute both your technical expertise and your ability to see the big picture. Projects vary in scope, from new development of large robotic systems to further development and customization of existing products. You will be part of a dedicated and helpful team with diverse experience, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are central. Your qualifications

• Several years of experience (at least 2 years) in systems work within software, mechanics, or electronics

• Previous experience in system architecture and requirements management

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering physics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent)

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written 

If you have experience with LEAN or model-based development, it is considered an advantage. As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and enjoy working in complex technical environments. You are self-driven and communicative, with the ability to create structure, drive issues forward, and collaborate with others. You are eager to contribute new perspectives and improvement suggestions to develop new optimal working methods.
