About the role

As an accounting assistant, you will be an important part of our finance team. You will work broadly with ongoing financial administration and accounting tasks for several of our companies within the group. The position is suitable for you who want to grow in the finance area and develop together with engaged colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts and bank transactions
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing
• Handle expenses, receipts, and travel expenses
• Administrative tasks such as archiving and documentation
• Participate in the development of routines and processes within the finance function

Who are you?

• You have experience in financial administration
• You have relevant education in finance
• You are meticulous, structured, and enjoy working with details
• You are positive and service-oriented
• You thrive in collaborating with both colleagues and other departments
• Experience with business systems and accounting software is an advantage
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
