As an IT Technician, you will be the face of the IT department in Linköping! You will be the one your colleagues turn to when technology doesn't work and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will also play an important role in ensuring a stable and secure IT environment. Here you will have the chance to come up with your own initiatives and drive projects to develop and improve routines and working methods for the entire organization. The role involves both local responsibility at the office in Linköping and a central assignment where you also support users in other locations. You will belong to a smaller team with two colleagues you will collaborate closely with.

As an IT Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, supporting, and troubleshooting local IT equipment
• Resolving user issues, managing orders, and implementing improvements
• Contributing as a technician in both local and central projects and implementations

Your ability to combine technical competence with a helpful attitude allows you to solve your colleagues' problems in a professional and pedagogical manner. You are communicative, social, and spread positive energy to those you meet.

To fit the role, we also believe you have:

• Several years of experience in a similar role in a modern IT environment (for example, as an Onsite Technician, IT Technician, or IT Consultant)
• Broad technical competence and understanding of the whole within IT
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud services, system administration, Entra, and Azure
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you also have experience in:

• Administering networks, firewalls, and VPNs
• ITIL and ITIL processes
• Professional experience from IT companies
