Hagmans Tak is a well-established roofing and contracting company with over 60 years of experience in the industry. The group consists of seven local contracting companies across Sweden and employs a total of around 100 employees. Hagmans Tak Stockholm AB has about 23 employees and carries out work in the Stockholm region for both private property owners, housing associations, and public clients.

With a combination of long experience and modern working methods, Hagmans Tak has built a good reputation as a reliable player in the industry. Job responsibilities

As the finance manager, you will be offered a central and varied role where you can combine financial work with personnel and office administration. You will be responsible for the entire financial flow, from ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoicing to payroll processing, reporting, and year-end closing. The role also involves broad responsibilities within personnel administration such as employment contracts, certificates, training and certification management, and onboarding of new employees. In addition, administrative tasks related to insurance, vehicle fleet, purchasing, and document management are included.

Examples of job responsibilities:

  • Finance – overall responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly closings, reporting, and contact with auditors, banks, and authorities
  • Personnel administration – responsible for salaries, employment administration, certificates, training, and certifications
  • Administration & systems – responsible for insurance, vehicle and office administration, purchasing, documentation, and support in management systems (BKMA)
  • Support for management – administrative and financial sounding board, focusing on structure and budget preparation

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in finance (e.g., Master of Science in Business and Economics, finance program, or equivalent vocational training)
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with independent year-end closing work and accustomed to taking responsibility for the entire financial process
  • Experience in payroll processing
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and familiarity with financial systems
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

  • Experience from the construction industry
  • Experience in invoicing within construction, preferably with knowledge of reverse payment liability
  • Good knowledge of collective agreements in construction (construction agreements)
  • Driving license B
  • Experience in HR/personnel administration
