The Role of Recruiter With us, you will have the chance to be part of an organization where self-leadership, collaboration, and a fast pace are in focus. As a Recruiter, you play a central role in planning, executing, and developing our recruitment assignments. Together with our operational managers, you work in teams to ensure accurate matches and high quality in our placements. The role involves broad responsibilities, from selection, testing, interviews, checks, and candidate presentations. We offer an exciting and varied job with opportunities for both personal and professional development.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who is driven by recruitment and wants to develop in the field. You may be at the beginning of your career or studying HR, human resources programs, or recruitment; experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The role suits you if you want to learn the entire recruitment process and contribute to accurate matches.

We would like you to:

- Be analytical and enjoy independently driving processes while collaborating with others. - Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. - Have a complete high school diploma or equivalent 

Experience in staffing and volume recruitment, as well as interest in and experience with psychological testing tools and competency-based recruitment, is advantageous.
