The Home Care Administration is responsible for the needs of elderly individuals regarding care, support, housing, and activities. The administration is one of the largest workplaces in the municipality with approximately 2,200 employees. We constantly strive for development and renewal within our area of operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a self-driven and proactive HR administrator who wants to contribute and strengthen our team during one of our employee's parental leave. You will join a workgroup where we have close collaboration, care for each other, and maintain a strong focus on our mission and those we support. Our internal collaboration is a key success factor for us to achieve our common goals while promoting professional development in our daily work.
As an HR administrator, you will work independently in your role and provide support in several HR processes, contributing with system knowledge, structure, documentation, and quality within the Home Care Administration. Examples of this include keeping track of our LAS lists.
You will also have a central role in the administration of our recruitment processes, from creating an advertisement to conducting reference checks. Other examples where you provide support include employment and onboarding as well as course administration.
Your role is a journey of development where your skills grow as you delve deeper into various HR processes. You are expected to actively participate in the development of digitalization within one or more HR processes and contribute to efforts to streamline so that we ultimately will not have any traditional HR administration left.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in working life science with a clear theoretical foundation in labor law.
You have work experience in the HR field and have worked with various administrative processes. You have a good understanding of different IT tools and systems such as Visma Recruit, Office Suite, and Heroma.
You are accommodating, goal-oriented, structured, and flexible. You understand why details are important and are skilled at planning your work and meeting deadlines.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
