Administrator with focus on reception - Summer job

We are looking for administrators with a focus on reception to be placed in Varberg, Halmstad, Falkenberg, or Kungsbacka. Here, you will develop alongside engaged colleagues and gain valuable experiences. Your work contributes to increasing security and reducing crime in Sweden.

Police Region West

Police Region West comprises the counties of Halland and Västra Götaland. Approximately 5700 employees work to carry out the police's core mission in 55 municipalities. The operations are organized into five police areas, a regional investigation unit, a regional operational unit, a regional intelligence unit, and a regional office.

Job duties

As a summer substitute in the reception, you will handle passport and identity card applications, as well as receive and register reports from the public. You will be the face of the authority and the first point of contact for visitors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, at least one year of work experience in service/administration, good computer skills, and proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team, has good cooperation skills, and a willingness to provide good service. You are flexible, structured, and can handle a high work pace.
