Description

In the main entrance of Campus Laholm, you will find the reception.

This is the first point of contact for visitors to Campus Laholm but also a hub in the service and support offered to the activities at Campus Laholm. Campus Laholm brings together several different municipal activities, including Osbecksgymnasiet, Adult Education, the Culture School, Study and Career Guidance, the Library, and the Activity House with Youth in Laholm. Campus Laholm's reception is part of the educational administration.

At Campus Laholm, there are also premises that can be booked by internal and external organizers, where events such as lectures, fairs, etc., are held during the day, evening, and weekends.

We are now looking for a part-time substitute for the reception. The employment is limited until the end of March 2025.

Responsibilities

As an employee in Campus Laholm's reception, reception tasks are included, such as meeting and answering questions from visitors, students, and staff both in physical meetings and via phone and email. The staff is also responsible for invoice management and certain purchases for Campus Laholm's activities. Other service-related tasks include mail handling, reporting facility issues, contributing to the coordination of various activity-related tasks at Campus Laholm, and managing room bookings.

Qualifications

To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have:

Experience in reception work, administration, or other tasks that the employer deems equivalent.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the operation and a service-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.
Experience working with digital tools such as booking systems, Office programs, or similar.

It is advantageous if you have experience in service in municipal administration and in invoice management in the municipality's financial system Visma. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Other

As an employee in Campus Laholm's reception, the majority of working hours are during office hours, but you need to be prepared to work in the evenings and possibly weekends when needed.
