Business Developer and Marketing Manager – Disc Golf and E-commerce

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Developer and Marketing Manager who will play a key role in establishing and developing OTB Europe as a leading player in disc golf in Sweden and Europe.

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for both strategic leadership and operational activities with a focus on building a successful business within e-commerce, retail, and distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

E-commerce and Marketing

• Establishment and development of OTB Europe AB's e-commerce site, including marketing and strategy.

Physical Store:

• Establishment and development of OTB's newly built store at Ale Disc Golf Center (20 minutes from Gothenburg), home to the world's #3 and #12 ranked disc golf courses.

Distribution Network:

• Establishment of a distribution network across Europe for world-leading brands from the USA.

Team Development and Sponsorship at OTB Europe

• Recruitment and development of Team OTB as well as sponsorship of youth and professional players. Organization of tournaments and events.

Staff Training:

• Training of employees and knowledge transfer to build a strong and skilled team.

Strategic Leadership:

• Business development and strategic leadership to ensure long-term success.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in building successful e-commerce solutions and physical stores.
• Solid knowledge of the disc golf industry, including products, equipment, and accessories.
• Experience in team leadership, strategy development, and handling complex projects.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to reality.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
