Administrator with Reception Focus - Laholm

The Police Authority is looking for an administrator with a reception focus to be placed in Laholm. As an administrator, you will be the face of the authority and the visitor's first contact with the police. You will work to increase security and reduce crime in society.

Police Region West

Police Region West covers Halland County and Västra Götaland County. The operations are organized into five police areas and three regional units. Halland Police Area is one of five police areas in Police Region West with its headquarters in Halmstad.

Job Responsibilities

As an administrator with a reception focus, you will handle passport and ID handouts, answer phone calls and emails, and manage reports and lost property. You are also expected to perform other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, at least six months of work experience, good computer skills, and proficiency in Swedish and English. Experience in service professions, police or government work, and knowledge of administrative law and confidentiality legislation are advantageous.
