We are now looking for a Project Controller for a temporary position in our sales organization SBS in Värö. Here you will have the opportunity to make a difference in our customer projects and contribute to the development of our business processes.

As a Project Controller, you will play a central role in our operations. You will support project managers and the sales organization with financial expertise and ensure that the projects have the right financial conditions and follow-up.

Your main tasks will include:

- Contract management and business setup – ensuring a stable foundation for each project.

- Creation of billing plans and ongoing invoicing – maintaining high precision in billing flows.

- Project accounting and financial follow-up – ongoing accounting and follow-up at project completion.

- Monthly project reconciliations – analyzing and reporting project economics.

- Support to project managers – assisting with financial analyses and solutions.

- Development of business systems and processes – contributing to improvements and optimizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

- Financial management – actively working with budgeting and cost control.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree in economics, preferably as a Master of Science in Business and Economics or equivalent work experience. You have previous experience from a similar position in finance, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and you have worked with invoicing and financial follow-up of projects. Knowledge and experience of business systems are a requirement, where it is advantageous if you are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As a person, you are analytical and have a good ability to interpret and manage numbers. You are self-driven, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with others. Your credibility and accuracy are obvious, while you have a strong interest in digitization and business systems. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Employment and placement
