About the position
Are you a service-oriented and flexible star looking for a fun and varied part-time job? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a driven and social team member who wants to work in our various business areas – with a primary focus on shopping centers. In this exciting role, you will be the face of the company, meeting visitors every day, answering questions, and ensuring top-notch service in all situations.
You will receive training in several different shopping centers around Stockholm and fill in where needed for the day. No day is the same, and you will have the chance to work in different environments, meet new people, and elevate your service skills to the next level.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic role where flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude are crucial, as you will be booked on-call and step in when the need arises.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Directing customers and providing high-level service
- Representing the center outward
- Handling phone and email inquiries
- Contacting suppliers
- Administrative work in systems
- Informing about and offering the center's service offerings
- Working at various events
Who are you? We know you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious, able to work both independently and in a team. We appreciate if you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table. You have previous experience in service and are familiar with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.
Employment Employment type: On-demand employment with fixed on-call shifts either every or every other weekend. There is also the possibility to work on weekdays as needed. Employment degree: As needed, you may be called in on short notice the same day as well as during planned absences. Start: Immediately Working hours: Fixed weekends, and weekdays as needed.
A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
