About the position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team! In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in all our different areas: office reception, information desk in shopping centers, conferences, café, and events. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Phone and email communication
• Contact with suppliers
• Administrative work in systems
• Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Act as a mood manager and take care of both visitors and employees
• Responsible for conference rooms and office rounds
• Work at various events

Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. We would like you to be energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and are familiar with the Office suite, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.

Employment Employment type: Hourly employment with the possibility of working a lot Employment rate: As needed, you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned absences. You can also enter your availability in our scheduling app. Start: Immediately Working hours: Varying, you can work both weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
