What kind of job is it?

This is a proactive job advertisement, which means that we do not have a position for a specific company – yet. However, we know that the demand for Nordic-speaking customer service representatives is increasing, so we want to stay ahead and find you who is ready when the right assignment comes up.

Typical tasks in customer service may include helping customers with orders and invoices, answering incoming calls and emails, registering orders, and handling general administration.

You have probably worked in customer service or some service profession before, but the most important thing is that you enjoy helping others and that you are fluent in Finnish. You also need to understand Swedish both verbally and in writing.
