Your New Role
We are now looking for an experienced and driven HR Business Partner for our client's Technology Consulting team in Västerås. This is a senior interim assignment where you are expected to deliver from day one and take full responsibility for the entire HR area.
As an HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees, ensuring professional HR support in both strategic and operational areas. You will play a key role in driving HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the organization's continued development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment processes from start to finish and ensure a good candidate experience.
- Provide advice on labor law and collective agreements.
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with union representatives.
- Support performance management, talent management, and career development.
- Be responsible for the annual salary review.
- Follow up on employee surveys and drive action plans.
- Conduct exit interviews and report insights.
- Contribute to HR reporting and compliance-related activities.
To be successful in this role, you need
- A university degree in HR or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective bargaining.
- Documented experience of the entire recruitment process and HR processes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good IT skills.
- Desirable: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
