Your New Role 

We are now looking for an experienced and driven HR Business Partner for our client's Technology Consulting team in Västerås. This is a senior interim assignment where you are expected to deliver from day one and take full responsibility for the entire HR area.

As an HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees, ensuring professional HR support in both strategic and operational areas. You will play a key role in driving HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the organization's continued development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish and ensure a good candidate experience.
• Provide advice on labor law and collective agreements.
• Lead negotiations and collaborate with union representatives.
• Support performance management, talent management, and career development.
• Be responsible for the annual salary review.
• Follow up on employee surveys and drive action plans.
• Conduct exit interviews and report insights.
• Contribute to HR reporting and compliance-related activities.

To be successful in this role, you need

• A university degree in HR or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective bargaining.
• Documented experience of the entire recruitment process and HR processes.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good IT skills.
• Desirable: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
