Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about creating value through people and processes? We are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for an exciting assignment in Västerås, where you will have the opportunity to combine strategy, operational HR work, and high-level advisory.

About the role:

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to both managers and employees. You will have full responsibility for the HR area and are expected to deliver from day one.

You will:

• Drive entire recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Provide expert support in labor law and collective agreements.

• Lead negotiations and collaborate with trade unions.

• Support performance and talent management as well as career development.

• Be responsible for the annual salary review.

• Follow up on employee surveys and drive improvements.

• Contribute to HR reporting and compliance work.

Who are we looking for?

You are a senior HR professional with strong communication skills and confidence in working independently. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can switch between strategic and operational work.

We prefer that you have: A university degree in HR or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner. In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience in union negotiations. Familiarity with the entire HR process from recruitment to termination. Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Good IT skills (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
