About the role: As a purchasing controller, you are a key player in the work of developing and monitoring pricing, margins, and purchasing volumes. You assist the purchasing team with analyses and reports, ensure that our pricing strategies are competitive and profitable, and report to both finance and purchasing.

Your tasks

Pricing: Set and adjust prices based on purchasing costs, demand, competition, and profitability goals. Perform price and margin analyses to ensure optimal pricing of our products/services. Work closely with sales and marketing to understand the impact of pricing on volume and positioning. Build and maintain pricing models and calculations, ensuring they are business-oriented and up-to-date. Drive price increases or adjustments in line with market developments and internal goals. Support management with reports and analyses regarding purchasing, pricing strategies, and business development.

Purchasing: Monitor and analyze purchasing costs, supplier terms, and price developments over time. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency potential. Provide decision support for negotiations with suppliers and strategic choices. Analyze and evaluate supplier performance (KPIs, delivery precision, price stability). Participate in budget and forecasting work related to purchasing and goods costs. Contribute to the development of purchasing processes, data quality, and system support.

Your profile:

• Education in finance, purchasing, or similar.

• Experience as a controller, preferably with a focus on purchasing and pricing.

• Advanced user of Excel.

• Analytical, solution-oriented, and system-savvy.

The position is located at our office in central Stockholm, and currently, we have office presence with the possibility of a fixed day per week for remote work.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, starting immediately or by agreement.
