About the client Our client is a prestigious real estate company that works with both residential and commercial properties, placing sustainability and efficient operations at the center of their focus.

Job Description As an operations controller, you will be a key person in our client's organization and an important link between property managers, operations technicians, and the finance department. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing operational costs such as energy, water, heating, and electricity, while also participating in budgeting and forecasting work and producing reports, key figures, and analyses that provide valuable support to the business. 

The role also involves driving energy and environmental monitoring, ensuring reporting of sustainability goals, and contributing to the smart and sustainable use of resources. In addition, you will be involved in developing systems, processes, and digital tools for more efficient operational monitoring, and you will support projects related to energy efficiency and investments – always with a focus on creating value for both the organization and the environment.

Qualifications & Experience We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in economics, energy, real estate, or equivalent experience. You are analytical and meticulous, with good knowledge of Excel and business systems, and have a genuine interest in both economics and technology, as well as the ability to translate numbers into concrete business benefits. You are communicative and enjoy collaborating with different roles in the organization. 

We are positive about candidates at the beginning of their careers, as long as you have some relevant experience or skills that you can contribute to the role.

Duration of Assignment The assignment starts as a consulting role shortly with good opportunities for permanent employment with the client upon continued successful collaboration.
