We at Asta Agency are collaborating with PetroSeal in this recruitment. We are looking for a Financial Manager who is a key role in the company at their headquarters in Kista, where other companies within the Indutrade Group are also located.

About the Position

As a Financial Manager, you will work in a broad role in close collaboration with PetroSeal's CEO and management team. Your main responsibilities include managing ongoing accounting, including accruals, balance reconciliations, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will report results and balances according to deadlines to the group and analyze key figures to support management. You will prepare materials for external audits, be responsible for tax calculations, annual reports, and declarations to the Swedish Tax Agency, and ensure that the annual report is submitted to the Companies Registration Office on time. Together with an external payroll consultant, you will manage payroll reconciliations. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for VAT and AGI reporting.

The role also includes EU sales reporting, internal controls to follow financial routines and process descriptions, as well as support in budget and forecasting work. You will also frequently participate in forums with financial managers in other companies within the Indutrade Group.

Qualifications and Attributes

We are looking for someone who has worked in a broad role within finance, accounting, and has a helicopter perspective in the field. Perhaps you want to take the next step and become responsible for the entire finance function in a company on a growth journey; for the right person, there is also the possibility of having personnel responsibility in the long run. This is a key position for PetroSeal, and you will work side by side with the CEO.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience from a similar role with solid accounting knowledge, for example as an auditor from a consulting firm or as a financial accountant in a group.
• Good system proficiency; experience with M3 is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
