We are now looking for someone who wants to work approximately 50% as a personal assistant. The client is a wheelchair-bound man, 60+, who leads an active life. He lives in a house in central Järna with his wife. This is a person who enjoys good food and drink, exercise, as well as order and tidiness. Short excursions and hanging out in the garden are also activities that are included.

About the role

As an assistant, you will provide support in all aspects of daily life. You are the client's arms and legs, but it is equally important to be able to write and speak Swedish fluently as we document the client's daily life.

Sometimes there will be activities outside the home, so you who are applying should enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of daily life. You will assist the client with everything from daily chores, mobility, hygiene, exercise, and much more. A lift and other aids are available at home. There will be double staffing part of the day.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm and empathetic demeanor. You are attentive, can take your own initiatives, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are smoke-free! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.
