Project Manager – Strategic Financial Initiative Location: Stockholm (Hybrid/Remote) Start: October Duration: 6 months Scope: Full-time (40h/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a high-impact assignment within finance, technology, and data management. You will be driving a strategic project of great importance to the financial market, ensuring governance, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment in a global, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a multi-faceted strategic project from planning to execution

• Coordinate activities, delegate tasks, and report on progress

• Ensure quality, budget, risk management, and timeline compliance

• Set up proper project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication

• Collaborate closely with senior management and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar

• 5+ years’ experience in financial industry project management

• Strong background in complex decision-making and risk assessment

• Experience working in global, regulated organizations

• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Experience interacting with senior management and steering committees

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in change management and process implementation

• Ability to lead culturally and geographically diverse teams
