About the job

In the role of Business Advisor, you are a partner who, through active holistic advisory, proactivity, and good relationships, contributes to our clients achieving their long-term goals and ambitions. You work with a mix of companies across various industries, from manufacturing firms to real estate companies. You have both operational and strategic responsibility for your client portfolio, with a strong focus on the entire client's business and on prospecting, as we have a clear ambition to grow in our market.

Finding new business opportunities and actively meeting both existing and new clients will be an important part of your role. Together with your colleagues in the office and the bank's specialists, you ensure that your clients receive the best possible offers and create long-term customer relationships.

- You are accustomed to building relationships, have a strong customer focus, and enjoy networking, both internally and externally.

- You are a team player who spreads enthusiasm and energy in the group, but also has a strong personal business drive towards set goals, both individually and within the team.

- Since the role involves many social contacts, you need to communicate well both verbally and in writing.

- It is advantageous if you have experience in a similar role in banking, a post-secondary education in finance, and a Swedsec license.
