Do you want to be a key player in driving the business forward and optimizing financial results? We are looking for an experienced Business Controller for an exciting assignment in Västerås. Here, you will work closely with the management of the business and be a strategic partner contributing to both business decisions and long-term strategy.

As a Business Controller, you will:

• Be a business partner to relevant business managers

• Lead the local controlling team to optimize financial results

• Analyze and interpret financial data to support business decisions

• Contribute to defining and implementing the strategy for your business unit

• Maintain continuous contact with other managers and controllers regarding financial issues, market conditions, and customer needs

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent

• Experience in roles within Business Controlling, preferably in a global environment

• Experience in project controlling and SAP is an advantage

• Good collaboration and communication skills as well as fluent English

• The ability to build strong relationships and act as a valued partner to the business

• Location: Västerås (on-site, 0% remote)

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Period: October 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026
