Are you an experienced Business Controller looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an expert in Business Controlling & Analysis who wants to be a strategic partner to management and drive value-creating work in a dynamic organization.

As a Business Controller, you will be a key player in the organization. You will coach business teams, support management in making data-driven decisions, and develop processes that strengthen the business.

Your mission includes, among other things:

• Defining and developing financial governance principles that support the business model

• Creating and managing policies for forecasts, KPIs, cost calculations, and investments

• Analyzing and following up on results and driving corrective actions

• Participating in financial follow-up meetings and presenting to management and the board

• Delivering clear reports, recommendations, and early warning signals

• Conducting ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions

• Contributing to the development of new working methods and processes that impact results

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Controlling & Analysis

• Experience working closely with management as a strategic business partner

• Ability to analyze complex financial relationships and provide clear recommendations

• Solid experience in forecasting, KPIs, cost calculations, capital management, and investments

• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to management and the board

• Location: Gothenburg

• Work model: On-site
