OP Assistans is looking for a personal assistant for one of our clients in Ockelbo.

ABOUT THE JOB

The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time. You start as a substitute, and for the right person, there is an opportunity for a part-time schedule of approximately 75%. Some double assistance occurs, but for the majority of the shift, you will work alone with the client.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a girl in her 20s living in her own apartment in Ockelbo. A girl who wants to live an active life where she can socialize with her friends, train, and do fun activities. This may involve horseback riding, swimming, going to the movies, or visiting the library. In her daily life, the client needs support with communication, social activities, personal care, and mobility.

The most important thing is that the chemistry between you and our client works well. We are looking for someone who has sufficient physical capacity to handle an active workday. You need to be comfortable working in an environment that requires flexibility and sufficient social skills to thrive in social settings. We prefer that you are attentive, solution-focused, and good at reading situations. In addition to this, there are some requirements to work with this client:

Requirements:

• You are smoke-free

• You have experience in personal assistance

• You are fluent in Swedish, both in communication and comprehension

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Experience with low-affect responses

• A driver's license and access to your own car
