DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roofing services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 25 employees who collaborate with about 40 subcontractors. The operations are based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. As we are getting more and more customers who want quality roofs, we are looking for a truly efficient and energetic person who will become our new ASSISTANT HR ADMINISTRATOR

What does this role entail?

You will become an important part of our team, and the role includes “everything” that an HR department deals with. This includes recruitment, onboarding of new employees, administration related to personnel, and supporting our HR manager with whatever is needed.

What is required of you?

We are looking for someone who is productive, results-oriented, and a curious individual who is passionate about helping and taking care of our hard-working staff as well as the newcomers. Previous experience in personnel work is an advantage but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you can demonstrate results where you are and have been, and that you have always had a strong drive.
