Boss Business Partner is a recruitment and staffing company based in Mora. We offer our clients interim solutions and the opportunity to hire consultants within the white-collar sector. The demand for our services is increasing, and we are now looking for you who want to work as a consultant or are interested in services with one of our clients.

We are looking for you with experience in any of the following areas: 

• Economics - accounting assistant, controller, financial manager, chief accountant, financial economist
• Marketing - digital marketer or manager
• Industry - team leader or other leadership positions
• Sustainability - strategist, coordinator, and controller 
• HR - administrator, generalist, occupational health and labor law specialist 
• Purchasing - assistant, strategic or operational buyer

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a changing environment and has the ability to quickly adapt to new contexts. As a consultant with us, it is important that you are flexible and can quickly find your place in different companies and organizations. You have a natural ability to communicate and collaborate with different types of people and feel confident in contributing your expertise regardless of the industry or the nature of the assignment.

Previous experience in consulting assignments is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to develop in the role.
