About the role as a Painter at Werksta Tagene – Professional Car Painting & Vehicle Preparation

In the role of painter, you are responsible for preparing, masking, and painting passenger and commercial vehicles according to manufacturers' and customers' requirements. Werksta Tagene's paint shop is authorized and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for an efficient, safe, and sustainable workflow. Tasks as a Painter – Car Painting, Preparation, and Finish

• Preparatory work before painting such as sanding, masking, and priming
• Mixing colors and applying paint according to quality requirements and color codes
• Painting cars and car parts with a focus on finish, durability, and accurate color reproduction
• Quality control and finishing work, including polishing and final finish
• Documenting completed tasks digitally and in accordance with company procedures
• Collaborating with sheet metal workers, mechanics, and damage advisors for a smooth workflow
• Contributing to order, safety, and improvement measures in the paint shop

Qualifications for the Painter position at Werksta Tagene

• Education in automotive/painting or equivalent documented work experience
• Several years of experience in car painting as well as preparation and color mixing
• Familiarity with modern painting systems and spray equipment
• Quality-conscious, meticulous, and service-oriented
• Used to working according to work orders and following manufacturers' instructions
• A valid driver's license (B) is required
• You enjoy working independently and in a team with an open, solution-oriented attitude
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
