Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a key role in promoting individual independence and well-being. Based on our salutogenic perspective, you provide personal support based on each user's unique needs and conditions, directly in their home environment. You primarily work independently and carry out approved interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) from the authority.

To succeed in the role of nursing assistant in home care, you need to be flexible, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with your colleagues. We are looking for someone who is driven, engaged in elderly care, and wants to be part of driving the operation towards becoming the best home care service. Stress resilience is an important quality as the work can sometimes be intense.

Your tasks also include performing delegated interventions from a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist, such as training programs, medication management, and other tasks. Collaboration with different professionals is an important part of your daily life.

We offer a fixed care contact and also expect you to participate in the documentation of your interventions.

Working hours are scheduled for day/evening with varying schedules that may involve working only during the day, only in the evening, and every other weekend. The schedule is determined by the needs of the operation and may vary over time.

Qualifications

• Education as a nursing assistant.
• Basic computer skills and experience with documentation.
• You must be able to cycle.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Medication delegation.
